How do I order Korean fansite goods from overseas?

Updated 2026-07-26

The short answer: Korean fansite goods — photobooks, slogans, photocard sets, cup-sleeve event freebies — sell through short order windows on Korean platforms and form pages, usually with Korean payment and domestic delivery only. Overseas fans join by using a Korea-side buying service as their Korean end: if the sale runs through an online store or form we can order from, paste the link into Request an item and we handle the Korean side.

How fansite sales actually work

  • Order windows, not stock: a fansite announces a sale (often on X/Twitter), opens a form or store page for days, produces to order, ships weeks later.
  • Korean rails: payment is typically Korean bank transfer or Korean-only checkout; delivery is domestic courier.
  • One shot: miss the window and the item usually never exists again — secondary-market prices climb accordingly.

What a proxy can (and can't) do here

  • We can order when the sale runs through an online store page or an order form that a Korean buyer can complete — most organized fansite sales qualify.
  • We receive and hold — fansite goods often ship weeks after the window closes; they arrive at our Seoul hub and consolidate with your other items when they land.
  • We can't help with in-person-only distributions (event handouts) or sales that require the fan's personal fan-club membership identity. We'll tell you honestly which case yours is before you commit.

Step by step

  1. Catch the announcement — fansite sales are announced on their own channels with the order period.
  2. Send us the sale link early via Request an item — windows are short, and we need time to confirm the form works for an ordering agent.
  3. We order within the window, pay the Korean way, and receive at our Seoul hub when the goods ship.
  4. Consolidated dispatch — your fansite goods leave with anything else you've ordered, one tracked parcel, US customs prepaid at checkout.

Expectations, honestly

Fansite goods are fan-produced: production and shipping timelines shift, and quality control is the fansite's own. We check packaging and outward condition at the hub and flag clear problems, but these are not retail products with retail guarantees.

Why overseas buyers trust KOSURAN

  • Track every step. Your order timeline shows each item move through purchase, Seoul-hub check, consolidation, customs, and dispatch — no black box after you pay.
  • Wrong or damaged? We make it right. Store credit back immediately (no return shipping needed), or a refund to your original payment method — and if we sent the wrong item, we cover the return.
  • Real support within 24 hours (99% of the time), in English.
  • Fast, tracked delivery — about 2 business days from our Seoul hub to your door by express courier (UPS/DHL), not weeks by sea.

Common questions

Can you join any fansite sale?

Most organized sales that run through a store page or order form, yes. In-person-only distributions and sales locked to personal fan-club identity are the exceptions — we'll tell you which case yours is before you pay.

Why does fansite merch take longer than store orders?

Fansites produce to order after the window closes — domestic fans wait the same weeks. Your items consolidate and ship once they reach our hub.

What if the fansite delays or changes the goods?

That risk is inherent to fan-produced goods and sits with the fansite. We pass through what arrives, check outward condition, and keep you posted on the timeline we see.
